Refund policy

Horizon Advertising Inc’s return policy does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Choose a discount coupon
  • Choose a special service package / offer
  • You have agreed to the initial design concept
  • You have canceled your order for reasons outside of Horizon Advertising Inc and policies.
  • From the start of the project, he hadn’t been in contact with Horizon Advertising Inc for more than two weeks.
  • You have violated the Horizon Advertising Inc Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • You have contacted another service provider or freelancer for the same project in Design Area.
  • The submitted project summary is incomplete
  • You are asking for changes in any concept.
  • You have exceeded the maximum time allowed for a “return request” and a complaint.
  • You have other reasons, such as changing your mind, arguing with your partner, or similar reasons.
  • You agreed to the result
  • You have subscribed to a service pack, but are not satisfied with any particular service. You can only request a refund for a specific service and you cannot request a refund for the entire service package.
  • Do not submit a preliminary design assignment within 10 days of placing your order.

How to request a refund

To ensure that returns are handled and approved efficiently, ensure that the following requirements are met.

  • Return requests will not be accepted after 120 hours of delivery of your original design, however, since we are 100% satisfied with our customers, we encourage you to contact us if you have any problems.
  • All refund requests must be reported to support. Based on the violation of your contract, Horizon Advertising Inc reserves the right to approve / reject the application based on specific circumstances.

My Account

The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. You are solely responsible for reviewing all questions, questions, issues and any other designer guidance in the “Account” section. If you do not actively check the My Account section, you may not be able to get a refund. If you are not sure how to use the My Account area, please contact Customer Service for quick assistance.
